  • Review your Exhibitor Manual

    • Sign Limits of Liability Waiver

    • Provide a Certificate of Insurance (EXHIBITION REGULATIONS FOR FERIA CLANDESTINA).

      The Exhibitor must carry third party liability insurance, on an occurrence basis to protect against liability claims for bodily injury and property damage, as well as claims concerning other personal injuries. Each such policy obtained by the Exhibitor shall name Art Market Consulting llc and Feria Clandestina as an additional insured and the Exhibitor shall use its best efforts to obtain a certificate from each such insurance providing company that states something substantially similar to the following: ‘Art Market Consulting llc and Feria Clandestina are additional insureds with respect to liability arising out of or relating to activities performed by, or on behalf of the policy holder.’

    • Update artists, independent project, or gallery information

    • Upload images for the digital catalogue and social media

    • Upload staff images for ID badges

    • Add the 20 VIP guests to be invited on your behalf
